- The tenant must provide proof of connection to a Hydro Quebec account and a Hydro solution account in his name.
- Renter must provide satisfactory credit check and references.
- The tenant is responsible for paying, if applicable, the expenses required by the Summits. Administration for tenants (moving in and moving out expenses, fees, deposit, elevator reservation, etc.)
- At the end of the lease, the tenant must return the unit in the same condition as received before signing the lease. The renter will be charged for all damages (except normal wear and tear) before leaving the unit.
- If lost, the tenant will have to pay the costs of keys, passes and garage door remote.
- Animals are accepted with the landlord's approval.
